Your ears, perfectly captured — from your own couch
No appointment, no audiologist visit. We mail you a complete kit and guide you through every step. A 99% first-try success rate means most people nail it the first time — and every set is backed by our perfect-fit promise — we work with you until it fits perfectly.
Why didn’t I do this sooner?! Whether we’re on our motorcycles or the lawn mower, the sound is awesome. We both love them.
The wait — and what we promise during it
- 35–40 business days from the day your impressions reach the lab. Hand-built to a strict standard — if it doesn’t meet it, it doesn’t leave.
- You’ll hear from us at every stage — impressions received, build started, shipped. You should never have to wonder where your set is.
- If anything pushes past 40 business days, we tell you before you have to ask. No silence, no chasing us.
- Perfect-Fit Promise — if it doesn’t seal right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we remake it. 36-month warranty on every set.
- Custom means it fits no one else — so it can’t be refunded. That’s exactly why the fit is our responsibility, not yours.

Kit arrives
A complete, room-temperature kit: silicone, syringe, oto-blocks, ear light, a sample impression and a prepaid label.

We craft & ship
Our craftsmen hand-build your set from your impressions and ship it to you — about 35–40 business days.
What actually arrives.
A real customer’s kit — impression material, the tools, and step-by-step instructions with a video QR code. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Or let us do it in person.
Not near a show? The home kit is every bit as accurate. But if you catch us at a rally, we’ll take your impressions by hand ourselves — the same care, the same perfect fit, face to face.

Making your impressions, step by step
Watch the full walkthrough, then follow the same steps below. Have a helper, take your time, and aim for deep, completely full impressions that match the sample in your box.
Fill out the form
Complete the invoice and check all the boxes so we build exactly the set you ordered.
Watch the full video
Understand the whole procedure first. Hold the sample impression from the box and note how deep and completely full the ear bowl is — that’s your target. There’s extra material in case you need a second try.
Get comfortable
Seat the person in a comfortable chair where a helper can easily reach both ears.
Check the depth
Gently place a Q-tip in the ear to gauge depth — you should feel more than an inch to the eardrum. The deeper down the canal, the better the seal we can make.
Inspect with the ear light
Look into the canal with the ear light. It must be clear of wax — we can’t capture an impression through a wax plug.
Seat the foam block
Place the foam oto-block to the second bend so it sits snug and fully fills the canal. The string should hang straight down — both equal — to the depth line on the ear light. Gentle, but deep.
Mix the silicone 7 seconds
Open the two-part silicone and mix vigorously until it’s a uniform pink throughout — only about 7 seconds. It sets quickly, so move fast.
Load the syringe
Roll the mixed silicone between your hands and load it into the syringe right away.
Fill the ear
Inject deep in the canal first, pulling out as you go and keeping the tip buried in the material so it packs into every nook. Fill the entire ear bowl — completely, like the sample.
Let it set
The silicone firms up in about 4–5 minutes. Stay still and relaxed while it cures.
Remove the impression
Once firm, start high on the ear, pull forward, and twist gently to release it.
Pack it up & mail it
Return everything to the box — ear light, syringe, completed form, and both impressions — apply the prepaid self-addressed label, and mail it back to us.
If you can follow a short video, you can do this
There’s no special skill involved. You don’t need to be a clinician — you just need a steady helper, a few quiet minutes, and the kit we send you. The silicone is a clean material that mixes by hand and rinses off easily, so there’s no mess to worry about.
The foam block does the careful part for you: it stops the material at a safe depth and protects your eardrum, so all you have to do is fill the ear and wait. In four or five minutes the impression pops right out, and you’re done.
If anything feels uncertain, you can re-watch the video as many times as you like — and there’s extra material in the box, so a second attempt is built right in. When you’re finished, the prepaid box does the rest.
What’s in your kit

Trusted by people who can’t compromise on their hearing
“I was nervous about doing it myself, but the video made it foolproof. My wife and I had both ears done in about fifteen minutes, and the fit is incredible.”
“As a range instructor I’ve worn every plug out there. These are the first customs that actually seal and stay comfortable through a full day.”
“Everything in the kit was labeled and the instructions were clear. I mailed it back, and a few weeks later I had a perfect set. Worth every penny.”
Built for how you actually live
The same simple home process creates custom protection for every setting — tuned to the exact level of sound you need to block.
A few safety notes
- Never push the foam block or silicone past comfort — stop right away if you feel any pain.
- Always seat the foam oto-block first; it protects your eardrum and sets the correct depth.
- The ear canal must be clear of wax. If it’s blocked, or if you have ear pain, tubes, or other ear conditions, see a professional before taking impressions.
- Keep the kit at room temperature (about 70°F) for the best result, and have a helper take the impressions for you.
