It starts with a free impression kit

After you order, we ship you a free impression kit with everything you need to capture your ear impressions, plus a prepaid return label to send them back to our lab at no cost.

Build time

Your custom product is hand-built once your impressions reach the lab. The estimated build time is shown on each product page and at checkout, so you know what to expect before you buy. We keep you updated stage by stage.

Shipping your finished product

When your build is complete, we ship it to the address on your order with tracking. You will receive tracking details by email.
