Custom, made-to-order products

Nearly every Big Ear product is custom-molded to a unique impression of your ear. Production begins once your impressions reach our lab, and each piece is made specifically for you.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes. Color and premium options may add cost.

Build time

Custom builds are hand-made and take time. Estimated build time is shown before purchase and at checkout. The clock starts when your ear impressions arrive at our lab.

Returns & the Perfect-Fit Promise

Because products are custom, please review our Return & Refund Policy. Fit issues are covered by our Perfect-Fit Promise.

Intellectual property

Site content, designs, and the Big Ear name are our property. The One® is a registered mark. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of liability

Hearing protection reduces but does not eliminate risk. Use products as directed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
