Once your impressions reach the lab, we hand-build your set in 35–40 business days — about 7–8 weeks. The wait is the fit: every pair is built to one set of ears, yours.

What if it doesn’t fit right?
Our Perfect-Fit Promise. If your set doesn’t seal the way it should, we remake it. You’re not stuck with a pair that doesn’t work.
Do I need to come in?
No. The free home impression kit ships to you with everything inside — oto-blocks, two-part silicone, and a prepaid return box. If you’d rather we do it by hand, we can fit you in person.
