be on file.
If we’ve built for you before, we may still hold the impressions of your ears. If we do, you don’t need a kit, you don’t need to mould anything, and you don’t need to post us a thing.
Why this matters
The build runs 35–40 business days from the day your impressions reach the lab. If your moulds are already there, that clock can start the day we confirm your file — not weeks later.

Not sure you ever ordered? Send it anyway — checking costs nothing. If we don’t have your moulds, we’ll say so plainly and post you a free impression kit.
