Our South Carolina lab builds your plugs to the exact shape of your ear — 35–40 business days from the day your impressions arrive.
If the seal isn’t right, we remake them. No guesswork, no risk — just protection molded to you.

Fair question, and we’ll answer it straight: if you wear plugs twice a year, buy the $30 pair. Custom is for people who wear them all the time — and who have already learned what a bad seal costs.
