- You’ll hear from us at every stage — impressions received, build started, shipped. If anything pushes past 40 business days, we tell you before you have to ask.
- Custom means it fits no one else — so it can’t be refunded. That’s exactly why the fit is our responsibility, not yours: Perfect-Fit Promise — if it doesn’t seal right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we remake it. 36-month warranty on every set.

What we can and can’t build an adaptor for
The rule is simple. If your device seals inside your ear canal with a tip, we can build a custom-moulded adaptor for it. If it sits over or outside your ear, we can’t — there is no tip to replace, so there is nothing for a custom shell to grip.

No — and here is why
- Earmuffs (3M Peltor, Howard Leight Impact Sport, Walker’s Razor, MSA Sordin) — a muff clamps over the outside of the ear. Nothing enters the canal, so there is no tip to replace. Custom earplugs can be worn underneath a muff for more protection.
- Over-ear headphones (AirPods Max, Sony WH-1000XM, Bose QuietComfort 45, Beats Studio Pro, Sennheiser HD) — the cups sit around the ear rather than sealing in the canal.
- Passive over-ear aviation headsets (Bose A20 and A30, Lightspeed Zulu, David Clark H10) — the cups clamp over the ears. In-ear aviation headsets are a different story — those we build for every day.
- Bone-conduction and open-ear (Shokz OpenRun, Bose Frames) — these deliberately leave the canal open. No seal, no tip, nothing to grip.
