One Custom Adapter For The In-Ear Headset You Already Fly.
Pilot and most general-aviation in-ear headsets ship with generic tips that leak, ache, and work loose on long legs. We mold a custom adapter to the exact shape of your ear so your headset seals soft, stays put, and sounds the way it should — no matter how long the flight.

Hand-built to order. It takes time, by design.
Every pair is molded to an impression of your ear and built one at a time, by hand, in our South Carolina lab. Nothing is pulled off a shelf — which is why it fits like nothing else, and why it’s worth the wait. Plan on 35–40 business days of build time (about 7–8 weeks) from the day your impressions reach us. With the impression kit and return shipping on the front end, the full timeline from order to doorstep runs longer still. If you need protection for something next week, this isn’t it — but if you want the best-fitting protection you’ll ever wear, it’s worth every day.
Pay in full and reserve your place in the build queue.
Your home kit ships out. The 35–40 business days begin the day your impressions reach our lab, so send them back quickly.
Crafted to your exact ear with an update at every stage, then shipped to you with tracking.
A generic tip can’t seal an ear it was never shaped to.
It fit fine on the ground. Two hours in, it’s backing out, leaking, and aching — and every broken seal lets the cabin and engine noise flood back in. You reseat, you adjust, and you never quite settle.
The headset’s fine. The one-size tip is the weak link — so we replace it with one built for your ear.
A seal built from your ear.
We take an impression of your ear and hand-build a custom adapter that mates to your in-ear headset. It seats once, seals completely, and disappears — no reseating, no leak, no ache.
A consistent seal means cleaner comms, less fatigue, and a headset you stop thinking about so you can just fly.
Pick your finish and check out. You pay in full today and your build slot is reserved.
It ships right away. Mold both ears at home in 10–15 minutes with a guided video, or visit a provider.
Crafted in the USA to your exact anatomy — with updates at every stage.
It ships with tracking. Fit it to your headset and the difference is immediate.

One tip shape. Every ear ever made.
Whatever headset you fly, the tip in the box was moulded once and shipped to everyone. Ear canals are not one shape — they differ left to right on the same pilot. So a generic tip lands where it lands, and its edges press wherever your ear happens to be narrow.
That produces the two complaints we hear more than any others. It never quite seals, so you are flying with less protection and less clarity than the headset can deliver. And it hurts immensely after a long enough period, which is why the last hour of a long leg is spent fidgeting instead of flying.
A custom adapter is built from an impression of your own ears, in a soft silicone with no rigid edges. It seals because it is your shape, and it stays comfortable because there is no rim to concentrate pressure. Most pilots describe it the same way: they forget it is in.
The adapter friction-fits onto your headset — it slides on easily and holds. No glue, no tools, no modification.
If it is an in-ear model, we build for it — and if you are unsure, tell us what you own and we will confirm before you buy.
Your ears are not identical, so we do not build them as though they were.
It is the difference our customers name most often — not a better tip, a different category of fit.
Built for the way you actually fly.
No backing out on climb, no reseating on descent.
Spreads pressure across your ear — no hot spots, no soreness at shutdown.
A consistent seal lets ATC and intercom come through even and clear.
Tell us your model and we confirm the fit before we build.
Hand-built in the USA from medical-grade silicone.

The questions every pilot asks.
Will it fit my headset?
Will I still hear ATC and alerts?
Is it comfortable on long flights?
How do you get my impression without an audiologist?
Is the headset included?
How long, and will I know where it is?
Not sure it fits my model?
What if the fit isn’t right?
My ears ache after a couple of hours. Will this help?
How does it attach — does it modify the headset?

From pilots and riders to musicians and swimmers — the trusted name in custom hearing protection, hand-built in the USA.
“The isolation, clarity and headroom are seriously impressive. These blow my old Shures away — the custom fit makes all the difference.”
“Best plugs I have ever used. Hands down the clearest audio I have owned, and they stay put no matter what. Wish I had done this years ago.”
If it’s not right, we make it right.
Custom gear is a leap of faith the first time — so we take the risk off your shoulders. If your adapter isn’t a flawless fit when it arrives, we adjust or remake it until it is. That’s the Perfect-Fit Promise, and it’s why pilots come back for their second and third set.
